Aniqle's Hassle-Free Return and Exchange Policy

Returns Made Easy
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not be altered or damaged.
  • Final-sale items, personalized pieces, and intimate accessories such as jewelry or scarves cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will only be accepted if the item does not meet the specifications mentioned on the website or differs significantly from the images shown. Please note, slight color variations may occur due to technical factors such as screen calibration, monitor color settings, and lighting during photography. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.


How to Start a Return
Need to return something? No problem! Just send us an email at sales@aniqle.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If the item is defective or does not match the specifications, include clear photos to help us expedite the process. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions to ensure a smooth experience. Please note, return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.


Quick Refunds
We aim to process refunds quickly and efficiently! Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges Without the Stress
Looking for a different size or color? We’ve got you covered! If your preferred item is in stock, we’ll happily exchange it for you. Just follow the same steps as a return and let us know your preference. If the item is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.


Something Not Right? Let Us Fix It!
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@aniqle.com, including photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter immediately—whether that means sending you a replacement or refunding your order.
